How it works

The IdLayer Checkout UI Extension mounts automatically and prompts the customer to verify before proceeding to payment.
The customer completes identity, age, or NFC verification on a hosted screen. The extension polls for a result every few seconds.
On success the payment step unlocks instantly. On failure the merchant can approve or decline from Admin.
The verification record, decision data, and copies of any images are stored in your Admin dashboard for review, download, or compliance.
